Description

A tasty guacamole.. mild with just a hint of spice, as guacamole was meant to be.

Ingredients

  • 2

    avocado
  • 1⁄2

    lime
  • 1
    T
    salsa or finely diced onion
  • 1
    ds
    chili powder
  • 1
    ds
    crushed red pepper
  • 1
    t
    sea salt

Instructions

skin and seed the avocado and place in a bowl. Squeeze half a lime into the bowl. Sprinkle crushed red pepper and chili powder into bowl. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of prepared salsa, or 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion to bowl. Add Salt. Mix ingredients together but do not over stir. You want the guacamole to be chunky.

Notes

Avocado has a delicate flavor. Don't over do the spices or you'll lose the subtle taste that guacamole is famous for.
