Burgers with Onions
Ingredients
- 3lbground chuck
- 1large onion finely diced
- 1⁄4cbalsamic vinegar
- 1Tground black pepper
- 1tsalt
- 6clvgarlic
- 1Tworcestershire sauce
Instructions
Mix everything together, form about 8 large thin flat patties.
Charcoal grill for best flavor. Grill at 300 to 350 degrees F for about 5 to 6 minutes per side. Too long, and they'll get dried out. Splash with Worcestershire Sauce from time to time. Throw some cheese on them during the last minute of grilling. Have on a toasted bun with bacon and your other favorite toppings.
